Before any procedure, we require a one-on-one consultation with one of our providers. During this appointment, we encourage questions. We’re not in the business of talking you into anything - we’re here to serve you. It’s during this consultation where we examine your skin and review your medical history.

We don’t believe in “one and done” treatments. Everything we offer is a commitment for both our patient and providers. This means continually checking in on your progress and being available for any questions or concerns you may have.
Cancellation PolicyBecause we are dialed into your individual treatment plan, it is important that we be mindful of everyone’s time. We understand life happens and that you may need to cancel. We ask that you give us 48 hours of notice. If you must cancel with less than a 48 hour notice, we will charge a $75 service fee. However, this fee can be applied to a future visit.
