Membership Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a membership with Excolo Medicine, you agree to the following terms:

Membership Options

  • Well & Watered Membership: $125/month with a 6-month minimum commitment. Includes exclusive discounts on aesthetic and wellness services, event access, and the ability to bank unused fees for future services.

  • Pulse Membership: $399/month with a 6-month commitment. Includes unlimited Aerolase laser treatments, priority booking, and access to exclusive laser-focused consultations and events. Pulse does not include banked fees.

Sign-Up & Billing

  • A one-time $45 sign-up fee applies to all new members unless otherwise waived through referral or promotion.

  • Your first payment will include the sign-up fee. Memberships are billed monthly on the 1st of the month.

  • If a payment is declined, we will notify you. Memberships may be suspended if payment is not resolved within 5 business days.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment. If you cancel before completing the term, you will be responsible for paying back the value of any discounts received.

  • After your 6-month term is fulfilled, you may cancel anytime with at least 7 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Banked fees (Well & Watered only) are non-refundable, even if you cancel your membership.

Referral Program

  • Members may refer friends and earn account credits:

    • Regular Members receive $25 per referral.

    • Founding Members receive $50 per referral.

  • Referred individuals will have their sign-up fee waived.

Founding Members

  • Limited to the first 75 members. Founding Members receive waived sign-up fees, locked-in pricing for Well & Watered, bonus referral credits, a welcome gift, and recognition on our Founding Members Wall.

Arbitration

  • Any disputes related to your membership will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  • By enrolling, you waive your right to a court trial or class action lawsuit.

  • Each party is responsible for their own legal fees unless otherwise stated by law.
